Manufacturers and importers are required to regiuster for the Economic operator code, facility codes and machine codes.
1. Registration for Economic operator code
The Economic Operators are required to register at the web portal https://idissuer.akd.hr by filling out the registration form and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
During the registration procedure the following informations will be requested to provide:
- General information on the Economic Operator.
- Information on the Applicant who registers in the name of the Economic Operator:
- Name
- Surname
- Username
- Phone.
Upon properly completed registration, the user who is registering the Economic Operator shall receive:
- to the email address provided, the confirmation of the registration and the unique Username and
- the initial Password in the SMS message to the phone number indicated in the Request.
By using the Username and the Password the Economic Operator shall acquire the access to the Portal.
During the first login to the system, the user is required to set up his / her own permanent password for all future applications to the system.
2. Request for the Facility code
After the registration and receipt of the code of the economic operator, the user is required to log in to the system and enter the information about his / her site or more. For each site the economic entity is required to enter a separate record in the system. After storing the site data, the system will automatically generate the code for the specified site. A list of all site codes is available within the system.
3. Request for Machine code
After the registration and receipt of the code of the economic operator and the site has been made, the manufacturer must log in to the system and enter the information on his / her machine or more. For each machine, an economic operator is required to enter a separate record in the system. After storing machine data, the system will automatically generate the code for the specified machine. The list of all machine codes is available within the system.
